What is the application and admission criteria? 

               The provisions of the conditional admission will be clearly communicated to applicants going to Fordham

The Joint MS programs offered by SXC Mumbai and Fordham University Gabelli School of Business  are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. 

1.Visa regulations and changes in Visa regulations by the US Govt.

2.Regulations and changes in regulations in STEM-OPT conditions by the US Govt.

3.Commercial Terms and Conditions and changes in commercial terms and conditions by Fordham University, Gabelli School of Business, New York City, USA.

4.Commercial, Academic Administrative and other Terms and Conditions and changes in terms and conditions of St. Xavier's College, Mumbai.  Please refer to the Fordham University-Gabelli School of Business website for confirmation and details.

5.GST and changes in GST rates by the Govt. of India.

6.One semester is 15 weeks long

7.In the event that a minimum cohort sxaviers@xglpize of ten eligible candidates is not possible, then the program may be deferred or discontinued by St. Xavier's College Mumbai.

What is the preferred experience for M.S in Finance

Applicants often hold bachelor’s degrees in business, finance, accounting, and/or science. They need to have a basic understanding of financial markets and a desire to pursue a career in finance.

What is the New Curriculum that is there for the Master's (M.S) in Management program?

In Fall 2023, they will launch a revised curriculum for students entering the M.S. in Management, which will offer greater flexibility, giving them an opportunity to acquire knowledge related to emerging trends—sustainable business practices, social consciousness, humanistic leadership, among others—and increasing their value in the marketplace by building in-demand management skills.

The M.S.M.I. is ideal for anyone who is passionate and continually curious about understanding consumers, their behavior, and motivations. These candidates are intrigued and engaged by the complex issues that arise when applying data to marketing.

Prior marketing experience is not necessary. Some candidates do enter the program with work experience or undergraduate study in consumer marketing, market research, media management or advertising.
